The Twilight Zone
A dim blue dusk that never ends. There isn't enough light for plants, but just enough for big-eyed hunters to see silhouettes against the glow above.
1,000 – 4,000 m
The Midnight Zone
No sunlight at all. The only light here comes from living things: blue-green flashes used to lure, startle, and signal.
